Awolnation, the project of Aaron Bruno, of Under the Influence of Giants fame, is offering free music for the holidays. The 6-song EP mostly consists of songs recorded live during their tour, plus a ‘Silent Nation’/’Silent night’ track, and a mini video.
The songs, from their ‘Megalithic Symphony’ album and their previous ‘Back from Earth’ EP, are dynamic synthpop-rock, with aggressive vocals and a delivery going from the Beastie Boys style to some sort of arena hard rock grandiloquence.
