Angelo Venuto's "Voices"

Born in Sicily, Italy, Angelo Venutoi taught himself many instruments, guitar, bass, keyboard, drums, and at 12, he had already formed a band with his brothers.

Very early in his life, he had the chance and privilege to share the stage with many music legends such as Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin and Tony Bennett at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

Voices, his current band, has performed for many politicians, such as former NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, former Senator Alphonse D'Amato, former Senator Robert DeCarlo, and they were even invited to perform for President Reagan in 1983, following one of his speeches, in Miami, Florida.

Voices are also in great demand as a wedding band, where his daughters sing back up for him

Their sudden success came after the remix of the song ‘L'Italiano’, originally performed by Toto Cutugno, which has brought them closer to the commercial success as well as their techno remix of 'Sweet Caroline’. It is a testament to Angelo's musical vocabulary that he managed to move to dance beats and bpms with such ease. Like all musical savants, he is beyond form completely.
