Adele History In The Making?

Adele played the Beacon Theatre thuersday and I missed it because

1. It don't like her very much

2. It was sold out

and while those two alone wouldn't be enough, I'd go just on a need to know basis

but

3. I'm broke so i couldn't scalp.

So i did the next best thing, I read Jim Farber of the New York Daily News review. Now, in thenyc tabs chief rock critic wars, Farber is Harry Potter to Dan Aquilante's Little Lord Fauntleroy. When Farber writes, I read, and while I don't always agree, I usually pay attention.

And Farber claims the Adele concert was exactly what I had wanted the Lady Gaga concert be (in part).

1. All song.

2. Minimum to no special effects

and

3. Well, this isn't good: her between song patter sucked.

Farber also wrote: " It had the feel of history in the making…." Er, yeah, overreaching there, son
