Ace Enders "Pick What You Pay"

This is the “official” press release for the latest tour from Ace Enders “We Can Make A Mess Like Nobody’s  Business”:

I Can Make a Mess Like Nobody’s Business will be headlining a three-week “Pick What You Pay” tour this spring.  Fans will be able to choose their own ticket price for the shows, which is a new concept that complements Ace Enders’ innovative and unprecedented plans to involve supporters in every step of his project.  The tour will be in support of the band’s forthcoming album to be released in May.

Pre-sale tickets will be available through Artist Arena on Tuesday, March 15.  Each advance purchased ticket will come with a limited edition signed poster and admission to a discussion session about the future of music with the band that will be filmed and included in a documentary to be released this coming fall.

5/17 – Allston, MA – Brighton Music Hall
5/18 – New York, NY – Studio @ Webster Hall
5/19 – Providence, RI – Club Hell
5/20 – Poughkeepsie, NY – The Chance
5/21 – Manchester, NH – Rockos
5/22 – Hartford, CT – Webster Underground

So OK of course as Ace Enders fans we’re there but then, I wasn’t sure what to do. Do I take the tickets at $5.00 plus fee?  Do I offer more?  My show is a Sunday night, 6pm.. whats that worth?  Whats this discussion thing? How much is the curiosity factor worth?  Arthur Carl “Ace” Enders is a pretty interesting guy, I had an extended chat with him one night outside Toads Place in New Haven.  So whats this insight about?  Well to me the opportunity to talk music from the perspective of a kid 20 years younger than me is worth more than $5.00.
