Billy Corgan is threatening to release all forty-four songs off the new Smashing Pumpkin album Teargarden by Kaleidyscope for free a song at a time on his website.

I have no idea why anyone would choose to call their album Teargarden by Kaleidyscope –even if it rocks it sucks.
