A Reader Comment on Gene Simmons Removal from Michael Jackson Tribute

There are times when a posts comment are so insightful that it simply would be negligent to  allow it to be just a comment.  Such is the case in this well documented and thorough response to our piece on Gene Simmons bow out on the MIchael Jackson Tribute.

"Yeah, I agree with Gene, he’s clearly followed the trial and knows all the evidence that was presented (did you know that ALL evidence from anything prior to 2003 was introduced into the trial? Yes, when they acquitted him it was based on all of that – Oh I’m sure Gene followed, he seems so keen to inform himself and not just quote publicly available documentaries)

When did he admit to being a pedophile on the Bashir doc? He said he slept on the floor, something the kid himself confirmed on the stand:

MESEREAU: And when you say you stayed there the first night, is that the night you described where Michael Jackson and Frank slept on the floor, and you and your brother slept on the bed? Is that what you’re talking about? GAVIN: Yes, I believe so. … GAVIN: I think it was like we only stood there that one night, and then after that, we stood in our units or something. Because I think that’s the only night I slept in his room, the first night. MESEREAU: Okay. You said after that, you had stayed in the guest units? GAVIN: Yes.

Frank was Frank Cascio, his bodyguard. Strange way to molest kids with keeping your bodyguards laying around, huh? Recently seen on Oprah with his family. You can contact him on fbook yourself. He practically raised a whole tonne of kids including his nephews when his brothers would cop out broke, some of them even refer to him as “dad.” There’s a disproportianate number of males in the Jackson gene pool and most molestation happens within families, so it’s weird that people never try and allege he molested any of those kids.

Some more for you:

” The initial allegations against Jackson were made not by Jordie Chandler but by his father Evan, in spite of Jordie’s insistence that Jackson never touched him inappropriately, a stance that the boy maintained for several months.”

Pretty unusual for an estranged father to allege his son was molested and the son to deny it fervantly… until the father manages to regain custody of his son.

“Now, the one you’re talking about never showed up. He’s the one who got a settlement in the early 90s. Now my understanding is that prosecutors tried to get him to show up and he wouldn’t. If he had, I had witnesses who were gonna come in and say he told them it never happened and that he would never talk to his parents again for what they made him say. It turned out he had gone to court and had legal emancipation from his parents. His mother testified and said she hadn’t talked to him in 11 years. So, you know, there was a problem there as well.”

To this day people believe Michael paid out of pocket in the 90s to the Chandler’s, that’s a lie and there’s been information about it around for years: his insurance paid for negligence (the family retracted allegations of molestation) against his control back in the 90s. Against his control because he wanted to go ahead with the criminal trial, something the Chandler’s had no interest in.

” According to an October 2004 FBI memo Jordie Chandler had no interest in testifying AGAINST Michael and would legally fight any attempt to do so.” People claim this was his way of avoiding the trauma of a court case but they fail to note that he would have been willing to actively pursue a legal battle to not participate.

In fact… Michael’s defence were considering calling him onto their side to testify for him during the case. There’s so much the public don’t even know.

There’s so much more with the first family, including his father being an abuser, being manic depressive, threatening numerous people, Jordie emancipating himself from both his parents the second he could, Evan spending 4 years trying to sue Michael again for $60 million dollars but still refusing to push the criminal accusations against Michael in court both times, included in that was Evan demanding Michael let him release an album of music he’d composed about his son’s supposed sex abuse and named after himself (“EVANStory”), Evan trying to kill his son a month after Michael was acquitted and his son issuing a restraining order against him, and then his father killing himself a few months after Michael died, and nobody turning up at the funeral for him. I can provide links and sources for all of that too.

Oh and the last kid isn’t even worth mentioning. Gavin Arviso initially claimed that Michael Jackson molested him on specific dates… dates which were pretty funny, considering MJ had a cast iron alibi. He wasn’t even in Neverland at the time. On finding this out they then changed the dates to being at a time when the media, the police, the DA, Children’s Services and the FBI were monitoring Michael’s every move. I guess Mike thought well, hey, they’re accusing me of a crime, might as well go out and commit it, huh?

In spite of that (and there’s even more holes in his story, including his mother having previously made her children lie and say she’d been sexually assaulted by a JP Pennys staff and getting a settlement from that, his mother alleging Michael held them prisoner at a time when he supposedly hadn’t even molested anyone yet and when they were actually out in town spending his money on spa treatments and shopping trips in Beverly Hills and talking to journalists, and his grandmother being the one who told him to masturbate frequently or else he’d go out and rape women), here’s a recent quote from him:
