They call the new film about the life and death of John Lennon as ‘chilling’. Was his death tragic? Absolutely, the guy was gunned down in front of his home- ridiculous and horrific.
RM Comfort legit name) said, 'It's chilling because it reveals what people will do for money. There are ordinary people out there who would kill you. All they need is the right amount of money and the belief that they won't get caught”
Uh, ok. How much did Chapman earn for the hit? A strange quote from the producer of this LA based film company. I don’t recall any pay for kill plot.
Comfort said, 'Many think that John Lennon was a musical genius. His music has crossed cultures and even generations–the Beatles have sold more than 2,303,500,000 record albums, and in June of 2012 they hit number one on iTunes. They are as big now as they ever were and they're half dead–with the tragic loss of Lennon and Harrison.'
The film is being hailed at '33 minutes that will rock your soul.' 'Genius' will be released for free viewing on GeniusTheMovie.com to coincide with the December 8th anniversary of the death of John Lennon. More information can be found on the website.
I would hope these 33 minutes also put in to context these obscure quotes from RM Comfort, which evidently were pulled from something other than a wazzoo.
Lennon was magic- no one better be screwing with his image or I’m going to have to go insane.. heads up. I’m on it.
