Britney Spears' Ex-Manager Was Crushing Drugs In Her Food, Claims The Singer's Mother

This Britney Spears trial becomes weirder and weirder! Her ex-manger Sam Lufti is currently suing Spears for 15% of the earnings she made at the time he was managing her career, and her mother, Lynne Spears, for defaming him in her book ‘Through the Storm’ published in 2008.

According to Reuters, the big revelation was made by Lynne Spears on Friday when she told the Los Angeles jury that Lufti had told her he had crushed up drugs in the singer’s food to help her sleep and disabled her phone lines when she was in the middle of the meltdown that made her shave her head and lose custody of her kids.

She added: ‘Those were his exact words, I was very worried and I didn't know what to do so I tried to get her away from there’. According to her, the guy was putting ground-up pills in her daughter’s food, had unplugged her phone and hidden her cell phone, but she admitted later during the trial that she did not call the police. Weird! She knows her daughter is in danger, she describes the person she is with as ‘a puppet master’, even ‘a predator’ who had cut off her daughter from her family and was controlling each of her moves, but she said she didn’t know what to do and didn’t even call the police?

Lufti, on his side, has claimed Spears was taking drugs – even meth – and that he was just trying to help her but lost control in a series of event which sent the singer to the hospital. Lufti even claimed that Spears’ father punched him in the stomach and threatened his life.

But there is no way this man can be trusted, he even befriended paparazzi and used them as ‘henchmen’ claiming he did this so that they would treat Spears with more respect! Right, and it has been such a success. What a mess, it looks like poor Britney was caught up in the middle of parents who neglected their parental role and an abusive control-freak manager who obviously took advantage of her.
