I am so tired of this drone, I really wish she would go away already. What started out as a legit icon turned old and boring pretty fast. Standing proud are her ‘little monsters’, the social out casts who without her would be playing wrapped up in Cosplay completions or watching Glee on Netflix all day.
She gave these societal misfits a ‘born this way’ tag line and dug deep into their rough rider jeans, securing herself as their demi Goddess.
Remember she was cool when she was actually singing? That’s before her political garbage and grandstanding. Now I can hardly look at her without laughing. She is a living breathing cartoon and she’s on tour yet again. Two tours per album seems to be her angle, getting the cash while the getting is good. She does have a new album due out shortly and the challenge will be to make it sound fresh- cuz shes as stale as that meat dress.
The North American leg will kick off on Jan. 11, 2013 in Vancouver and conclude on Mar. 16 in Miami. Two New York dates — Feb. 22 at Madison Square Garden and Mar. 6 at the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn have also been scheduled.
