Altpress has unveiled the Top 100 bands you need to know for 2010.
I’m not sure why some of these bands are here but my thought is with this genre there are so many bands that they throw them in a bowl and draw names
But for as many worthless ones are as many good ones.
Awesome to see Call The Cops, and The Downtown Fiction on the list, two bands we covered here. There is a band called the Manzingers, who I will check out just cuz that’s a funny name.
I wont list the 100 here but I will give you 10. I look forward to the day I see Solfege Radio, Love Via Dance Machine or Twin Atlantic on it. But as I become Little Miss Cant Be Wrong, I should remember that some of the bands here are as revered as those I list, but just to someone else. Talent is in the ear of the listener? Anyway here’s 10:
