Well then get a load of this list. Paste is pretty cool but the list its eh.. sorta not what I would have picked. The artists themselves are not to wrong its the placement. Radiohead above Bowie and The Clash? Thats one of the most fucked up errors (and hopefully typo's) of all time.

6-The Kinks below Radiohead? Screw that Best tune "Dedicated Follower of Fashion"
7-The Sex Pistols- silly punks. Best Tune? 'Bodies', IMNOTANANIMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHL
8-David Bowie-forgive them for they know not what they do..Number EIGHT?? Best Tune "Is There Life on Mars?"
