May be he was on drugs, may be he just wanted to prove something? I have no idea, what did go through Brian Fallon's head to make him climb the balcony and take a massive dive over the public at London’s KOKO last Monday?
Just watch this video, the balcony was quite high, but it didn’t stop the Gaslight Anthem’s singer to go up there and fall flat on the crowd who received him quite well. Everybody seemed super happy and he went on stage as if he hadn’t done anything out of the ordinary. I mean Gaslight Anthem makes regular rock music, nothing close to punk rock or hardcore that usually triggers that kind of crazy act!
He could have easily hurt himself, but his plunge was reported in a lot of places, so I wonder, is it a new tendency? Are people going to do this more often to get the attention? Will rock stars get a degree in bungee jumping soon?
