80 years old and it goes without saying the human body gets just a wee bit more frail. I don't really know anyone who has ever lived that long but I figure its gotta be pretty cool to do the 'remember when' game when you've been around that long.
George Jones a pillar of the country world has fallen ill a few times lately and it seems this time he a respiratory infection has landed him in the local hospital. He is undergoing testing and evaluation for a lingering upper respiratory infection that has been bothering Jones for nearly two months. Who the hell lets an entertainer with a respiratory issue who is 80 years old not seek medical treatment for two months? I mean I know people can be stubborn about doctors but if you're a touring musician isn't someone supposed to be tending to things like this?
