This is the most lame ass thing I have read in forever. If you are banned from your children you're scum. There is no wiggle room there is no call foul you are filth of the Earth. If you are a mother banned from your children and do nothing but write a tune about it you should be shamed until institutionalized.
There is no debate here. There is no misunderstanding. There is no blame or legal crap if its indicted it is so and justice should be revoked. As a mother if someone attempted to ban me from seeing my child I would be in a jail cell for ignoring that order.
