May 19th is the big day. The season finale of a limping Saturday Night Live. I have to say that I have been really tough on the show but I remember the "good days" when it was funny. It goes through phases of sucking and being ok. The musical guests have really sucked though. We did a great job with the self torture to see them all this season. I'm ok with it ending, there will be no tears shed.
So for the finale we get Mick Jagger. Jagger has been the musical guest twice and if you ever saw the mirror bit with him and Jimmy Fallon then you know he has a wonderful sense of humor. He really doesn't need it considering half of the writers are missing that laugh gene.
I don't suppose any Stones will show up, more like the Super Heavy playgroup he is mucking about with but still a legendary move. Will this usher in a new actor phase to the old stones career? Let's hope not, I would prefer that rock legends rest on their laurels.
This will be fun though- and I'm not going to lie, I'm glad the season is over.
