You just have to love music festivals! Actually, no, I don't understand why people love festivals so much. I was just talking about the fact that the weather at Coachella was not the one attendees are used to, with cold temperatures, lows in the 50s and some chance of rain.
Usually people complain about the heat and the hot sun, but the first weekend was plain cold, especially on Friday, although it was better on Sunday. I realize that a big part of the festival attraction is the outfits that people wear, and I bet a lot of bikini girls froze their cute asses in the rain.
Anyway, the OC Weekly is reporting that brainless people were buying a lot of hoodies to keep themselves warm,… pffff, as if the meteorology reports hadn’t warned them! And, reportedly, the hoodies prices went suddenly from $45 to $55 according to some guy on Facebook! The Weekly printed they ‘were waiting for a statement from Goldenvoice to see if this was true’.
We have to know and if it is indeed the case, these opportunistic and shameless moves happened all the time, but would you think this very successful festival, which already makes tons of money, would play such a shitty stratagem?
