An art exhibit by Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood is happening right now on Broome Street in New York City. The paintings are rather impressive if this photo is any indication.
The timing is interesting as Ron is about to be inducted for the second time into The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for his work with the band 'Faces,' His first induction was for The Rolling Stones in 1989.
Hung in the Symbolic Collection Gallery, Woods paintings are a great reason to make this a destination. The other memorabilia make the trip worth the effort. The Gallery houses acetates by Hendrix, gold records and photographs from all over rock and roll. While on Broome be sure to cross the street to Clic where theres some pretty fantastic Madonna pictures hanging up front.
Woods exhibit runs until June 30th
