The bio for La Dispute is as home town howdy as you can imagine:
"La Dispute is five close friends from the Upper Midwest with a mutual passion for using music as a means to express, challenge, inform, and connect, but also as a fantastic excuse to have fun, make tons of new friends, and travel anywhere and everywhere that people will have them. "
Touring in support of their latest release "Wildlife", La Dispute finally makes it to the East Coast where fans have been clamoring for a great while. Welcome guys!
This band capture feelings in a net. Easily relatable and in proper form La Dispute oozes emotion in a darker sense. Dark but not depressing. The introverted art form of expressing thoughts with power and conviction and just a tiny bit of fear.
I am more than thrilled to be able to catch them as they come East. There was a mis statement on the Boston show. When first announced it was billed as an 18+ event- it's not, its all ages. So if you were unable to attend cuz of cake candles, fear not!
