If Dan Aquilante of the Post, or David Fricke of the Stone, gave Madonna a 5 star review, I'd laugh myself sick and move on with my life. But Farber is one of my fave music critics and HE GAVE THE NEW MADDIE 5 OUT OF 5!!!
I'm shocked and I also think he is wrong if only because the two songs I've heard off it are
1. Bad
2. Godd
So alreay I know it is an A- even if everything else is great.
Having said that, Farber is a guy to be taken seriously.
Here is what he said: "much of “MDNA” — out Tuesday — has more the flip zip of a disc by Katy Perry or Ke$ha than something by a woman who may be older than both their mothers. Then again, we are talking about Madonna, a woman who, at this point, seems just as hellbent on giving the finger to expectations about."

Are the K's of the world really her peers? Surely, it is the Adeles and Gagas she should be shooting for. Right?
So, as I write I haven't heard it but I think Farber may have let his enthuisiasm get the better of him.
