Whoa this is haunting. Stripped of the instruments that supported the gruff voice there is an incredible anger. A nearly tortured vocal.
The song, as infamous as its become takes on a different vibe without the guitar work. Apparently this little video has been happily unnoticed on Youtube for a couple years. Some silly blogger decides to put it up and now the thing has gone viral.
What I find interesting is that the loyal Nirvana-ites haven't been shamelessly promoting this for all this time. A highly vocal group who hold Holy all things Cobain. This just never showed up.
It's those darn bloggers going and turning over the hallowed Earth again. Actually even if you're not a Cobain or Nirvana fan, this is pretty cool. Hearing the pauses is pretty interesting in itself.
