Twisted Apprentice

I am a  fan of Donald Trumps series The Apprentice.  I am not so much a fan of the ‘Celebrity’ version of the show but it fills the gap til he finds real people to participate.

This season is disturbing.  It contains Dee Snider, who even with a ponytails’ scares most people out of their wits.  Yet similar to rocker Gene Simmons who appeared in a previous season, Snider is showing that there is a rather competent brain inside that fuzz.

Well an more paternal sort of brain.  In the season premier, Dee showed himself competent in the ‘sandwich task’.  This was, where team members were in competition to make the most profit from sandwich sales.

He shows a compassionate and motivating deameanor with his team mates.  The “men’s team’, “Unison”, was made up of Lou Ferrigno, Penn Jillette and Paul Teutul, Sr that creepy old guy from American Choppers, and George from Star Trek.  Not exactly the Justice League but they did win  this week’s challenge.

I don’t like Snider in any way but his charisma level rose about a  quarter point with his behavior in this show.    Let’s see if he still ends up as a tool by series end.
