The French Magazine 'Public' published photos and claimed were from the sex tape starring Adele. The have now been confirmed as fake and Adele now suing the magazine.
Now hold up. If these were flattering – I say go with it Addie! So people think you're a bit risque', where's the harm if the fake Adele has a better bod? All actors use body doubles and you can actually profit on it- perhaps with songs of sexy bump and grind beats? Just a thought.
Adele from all public accounts seems a girl with a fabulous personality and a great sarcastic sense of humor. I'm rather surprised at the suing bit, though I suppose it would be her attorneys and not her own request.
Her lawyer has released the following statement to MailOnline. 'We are informed that the French magazine 'Public' has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape. Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs. Such claims are untrue and grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter.'
Apparently it was a three page spread filmed with a cell phone- how cool is that. Which means fake Adele was having auto-erotic adventures, well done!
But then of course there has to be the smarmy retort: Jean-Claude Elfassi, the photographer behind the fake photos, tweeted 'Tant que c'est gratuit et si ça peut te faire plaisir : 'je présente mes excuses à toutes les Adèle du monde' which roughly translates as 'If it makes you happy: 'I apologize to all the world Adele'.
