Guns n Roses! What? The band is on a roll touring with late shows of long duration to massive screaming crowds of father and son.
Although I find Axl to be one of the most repulsive characters in music today there is no disputing that at one time, Guns and Roses were a pretty kick ass band. As with all things, time erodes and things go weird and well there is that mystery of the corn row hairdo
The band will be taking part in New York Citys Fashion Week, next week. Not kidding, who let them in?
But in doing so are partaking in the tiniest of club tour ever. I cant imagine the egos even fitting on the stage as the band plays. Roseland Ballroom Feb. 10; Terminal 5 Feb. 12 and Webster Hall Feb. 15. An ‘intimate’ show indeed. What is it with the huge bands getting intimate? Wasn’t Beyonce doing the same thing?
Well its good for the few who score tickets I suppose. I don’t think these will be massive shows, but rather fitting to the venues. Smaller abbreviated productions well under time limit. Then again, who knows.. this is GNR, any anything is possible.
