Smoking is a really smelly but very sexy looking habit. Guys anyway, girls smoking don't have the same swagger.
But really nothing could make Kid Rock cool. He's the poster boy of the travel park and I really like his upbeat redneck personality- but well, hes fine as long as he's not singing.
Apparently Kid busted out a cigar after a Travis Tritt show in Detroit and well- it was a non smoking venue. Kid stated it was an accident and that he 'had been drinking'. Hold up, its a Travis Tritt show, OF COURSE he was drinking, its required.
But then there is 58 year old Randy Snell, an asthmatic who had decided to sue Kid Rock for the infraction. Sue him? Guess the 'apology' wasn't good enough?
I think the world is sue happy and I think Snell wouldn't be suing if it weren't a celeb. We have all encountered smoke in non smoking places. Hell I was in the fucking Magic Kingdom in Orlando a few weeks ago- the most non smoking place on Earth chock full of kids. Some jackass fires one up and I nearly instantly collapse with a massive headache. Did I sue the dude? Would I have if it were Kid Rock? NO and NO.
Lets hope this gets dropped and Kid don't you be paying Snelly off either. Welcome to the world, bring a gas mask
