Hip Hopper Kid Cudi is going to get his rock out. Giving a shot to the rock world with a new side project called WZRD. Pairing up with Dot da Genius this will be an ‘alt rock group’ who's self titled album will be released on January 28th
Three weeks of no new music and this is what we get to look forward too?
There have been ‘leaks’ of course, including the Fright Night soundtrack tunes “Nobody Believes Me” and “Brake”, along with the proposed first single “Teleport 2 Me”
“Brake” is considered a “trippy number, reminiscent of cultish '70s psychedelic rock”. I'm all for diversification as long as it doesn’t suck.
His next hip-hop album, “Man On The Moon III” will come out later in the year
