Blues singer Etta James is 73 years old, has lukemia and dementia and on December 21, the press went mad calling her in 'grave health'. So many publications nearly wrote the woman off.
Word comes now that she has been taken off respirator and is breathing on her own. Well done sister! There are some dames that are just too tough too dismiss.
Most famous for the song "At Last", Etta is a legendary songstress who has performed with the greats and earned her place in the Halls of Fame.
Although it was declared that her cancer was terminal approximately three weeks ago, Im pretty certain shes not going out without a fight.
