Well, they went from a 6 man band to a 4 man band, from a label to none.. and in the rubble rises a holiday offering of stripped down acoustic.
There is a simplistic tone to this that makes it not too unlike most Christmas songs, maybe I have an affinity for these guys without cause?
Having seen them live numerous times, and interviewing them once- rocknyc has watched the entire FTSK unfold. But like underdogs I cant help to cheer them on. Still very young and trapped in an over saturated genre' its time The 'Kids' get proper representation and go score a name for themselves.
This song and its simple vide are a great way to reintroduce themselves. Giving the next crop of pop kids something new while assuring their existing fans they're still around. We all go through changes, Forever The Sickest Kids have my full support.
