Apparently there was a secret-private Ryan Adams show in Los Angeles on Wednesday night and I was not informed about it!!
I learned about it on Twitter some people were all excited about it, and the exclusive show was in Santa Monica, in a mysterious location, with a red curtain? Never been there… but it may have been KCRW headquarters.
According to some tweets, Adams talked a lot about black metal and closed his performance with a Whiskeytown set.
Meanwhile, Ryan Adams has just been announced as an headliner of the 2012 Ann Arbor Folk Festival, with the likes of DeVotchKa, Emmylou Harris, Glen Campbell and Nanci Griffith on January 27th and 28th.
