The Good, The Bad & The Queen – "On Melancholy Hill"

Former Clash bassist Paul Simonon takes part in in a Brit 'Super Group' called The Good, The Bad, and The Queen.  Other members include Damon Albarn, the voice of Blur and Gorillaz.  The best thing about Gorillaz was his voice so this works pretty cool.

The band took part in a fundraiser for Greenpeace UK and peformed "Melencholy Hill", and deep in the song, something wonderful happens.

The fantatstic Don Letts shows up and turns a mediocre performance into a bass heavy dub-esque (and not dub as in the lame ass dubstep movement), anthem.  So nice to see Simonon move like he means it- as of late he has appeared rather stoic.
