1. Accidental Domino – Wesley Wolfe – This is a wonderful evocation of complete defeat and depression, so pretty it makes surrender a palpable inaction.

2. Checkout Time – Nick Lowe – Lowe worries about his legacy. Don't worry Lowe, you're fine.

3. Punjabi Song – Das Racist – Where hip hop meets Hindi, the rap is pure Das Racist sexism but the beat is Indian and the verses is marvellous Bollywood. These guys, Himanshu Suri is Indian by the way,  are getting major.

4.Moonlight – Bob Dylan – One of Zim's most glorious achievements, it coulda been written in the 1930s and is so playful: "The cloud's are turning crimson, the leaves fall from the limbs and…"

5. When She Comes Down – Lindsey Buckingham – Off his disappointing new one, the guitar lick that fuels this good song is trademark Buckingham.

6. Buried Alive – Cass McCombs – Over written dirge.

7. I Don't Feel Like Dancing – Scissor Sisters _ I am so eager to hit that first verse, I always miss the lovely acoustic guitar intro.

8. Titanium (feat Sia) – David Guetta – The problem with his new album is that it is more but not better of the same. Except here. Here he tries something new.

9. Days – The Drums – More of the same but better

10. Mr. Know It All – Kelly Clarkson – Taking awhile but it is beginning to click
