Another weekend, another set of free music! The Hudson, a bar and eatery located in West Hollywood is having a block party on Saturday 13th from 1 to 11pm!
The event, co-sponsored by the City of West Hollywood and the Chamber of Commerce, will feature 7 local bands, 3 DJs, and of course vendor booths.
The free block party will include a few charities and several local businesses, which will even be offering free samples! The Hudson (with 2 full bars) and local restaurants (Baby Blues BBQ, The Churchill, & Intelligentsia) will be selling food and drinks and a portion of the proceeds will go to funding the new West Hollywood library.
And the bands you may ask?
Saint Motel, Andy Clockwise, Races, LP, Dead sara, Ross Sea Party and others to be announced will be performing, whereas Chris Kennedy (aka Chris Masterson), Isa (Florence + The Machine), Son of Stan (Ben Harper & The Relentless7 / Epic Ruins) will be Djing.
The event will be hosted by Joe Sibb (Complete Control on 98.7fm) and some special guest.
The Hudson is located at 1114 N. Crescent Heights Blvd, West Hollywood, it sounds like a cool idea, and more music to cover for me!
