Off youtube is the Missy Elliot – Lil Wayne song Missy is considering putting on her upcoming album. “All 4 U” is an Elliot masterstroke: the rhyth is all 4/4 handclaps but Missy is all over it -two lines between beats, puasing on the handclaps and the hook, “Want what I want, geditgeditgeditgedit” is gonna be real big.
But Lil Wayne seems to be phoning it in. Earlier this week I bought his new song “Drop The World” and there is no comparison between his rapping on “Drop The World” and his wordslinger for hire “All 4U”. Hey, Lil Wayne, Missy isn’t fucking Rivers Cuomo playing you for his cool quota, Missy will beat you stupid if you don’t bring it.
