I just bought a tix to see Charlotte Gainsborg at the Bell House next month through Ticketweb. Delivery via Ticketfast.
Here is the breakdown of the cost:

Why does Ticketmaster need to add an additional 50% of the cost of the ticket to Cold War Kids. Why am I paying $22 for the tix and $9.00 for service and various other bullshit charges? I wouldn’t have minded giving Cold War Kids $25 and Ticketmaster $5. I resent TM taking that additional $5 for no fucking reason. If Ticketweb can hold charges to $5 a tix, why can’t TM.
And these are the guys you want to increase the monoply on tix to. That’s totally fucking insane. They are gonna kill us with fees. We are going to end up paying $30 on a $50 tix. That’s what’s going to happen. IF YOU’RE LUCKY. If we’re outta luck TM is gonna dip into the tix first and sell em at ten times face on their thieving bastard tix laundering service TICKETSNOW.
