Wow, is running a music website (when we're being precious, blog when we're not) a soul crunching experience. To say we get scooped is an understatement. And even when we don’t get scooped, everybody ignores us anyway!!!
Enough feeling sorry for ourselves??? I say no, but considering our only resource us hard work plus a wing and a prayer why complain.
How about this for a reason?
Brooklynvegan.com followed a Portishead presale which was sold out with a free concert at T5 by Jane's Addiction which is also sold out. So not only did I, I wouldn't say scooped because to whine about being scooped would make about as much sense as whining that we didn't win the Home Run Derby, but GOT SHUT OUT OF GETTING EM!!!
For the Jane's Addiction, I was gonna pick up four and give two away here… For Portishead's, well, there is still the Live Nation presale…
