Hardcore is rough business. As a band you're at 110% when you're on stage. Screaming thrashing slamming around as a tide of sweaty teenaged boys surf the crowd and kick guards in the head. Its brutal its filthy and and totally exhausting.
Four Year Strong seem to be one of the few hardcore bands that have no ego……none. Alan Day met us at the tour bus door, no tour manager reception, we sat down and spoke to them while watching a Bruins game, no ego, no posing.. just a bad ass hardcore band.
