Daytrotter has a couple fantastic songs from The Get Up Kids free for the taking.
I absolutely love The Get Up Kids, and they ain't kids. The band has been together since 1995. Teetering on the edge of hipster all along. The tune "Keith Case" is rather hip if you ask me but it works for these guys, the skipping drum is intoxicating. Along with" Keith Case" there is "Regents Court" and "Rememorable", streaming and up for grabs.
All three of the Daytrotter Sessions downloads are worthy of constant repeat if only to catch the subtle nuances.
The Get Up Kids are a band I have never seen live. But they are doing a nice little tour in June, check them out if you can
