Duran Duran will be kicking off “Unstaged: An Original Series From American Express” with its Mayan show live from LA, March 23.
And you can watch in in your pajamas, it will be streaming at 10pm EST, courtesy of the credit card company in partnership with VEVO and YouTube.
But the strangest part is this live footage will be directed by David Lynch. This leads me to believe it will not be your typical streamed concert. Lynch is most famous for his ‘strange’ cult following films such as Blue Velvet as well as the television series Twin Peaks.
I will say the trailer sure does make the whole event seem alot cooler. Botox filled glam boys from the 80’s aren’t my cup of tea but maybe Lynch can make it an artsy good time. The performance will be interactive as well, maybe we can manipulate the band with a mouse click?
