Got the hunger for some finger looking good hip-hop songs mixed with some funky, thumpin’ electro beats? If so, then look no further than The Polish Ambassador. I had the privilege of seeing this cool cat perform a few weeks, and he got the place hopping on the good foot and doing the bad thing. At one point he dropped a remix of Outkast’s “Skew It On the Bar-B” and everyone went bananas. Like this shit is B-A-N-A-N-A-S bananas. Impressed by his fresh style and song mix matching, I took the first opportunity I got to check out some of his material. He just released a five track collection entitled “Homeboys in Outerspace: Episode I.” It packs quite a punch, especially The Polish Ambassadors’ heavy hitting take on Young MC’s “Bust a Move.” Not only does the song contain parts of Justice’s “Never Be Alone (We Are Your Friends)” but the bass beats like ‘em too! Mmmm….Tasty! Check out the link below for a free download of this mushy goodness. If not for the music, at least take a peak at the badass album artwork. Happy new music hunting! Enjoy!
