2. Game over – Upset – Their best song is a blast of sweet chewy energy, as good on record as it was live – A-
3. Hop Is Back – Hopsin – he spits it amd rhymes it with a snark but the flow is as good as it gets – A-
4. Brick X Brick – christopher Paul Stelling – This is what Christopher does best, a guitar snarl – A-
5. Five Seconds – Twin Shadow – Straighhhht to your heart, soulful wonder – A
6. Vamonos Pal Monte – Eddie Palmierra – You think its the horns that make it, but it is actually the tom toms doing triple time – A
7. I Forgot That Love Existed – the Recliners – The problem isn’t really the singing, though it doesn’t help, it is the instruments which complete miss Morrisson’s hard sink overdubbed wall of sound. Still, good effort – B+
8. The Afterlife – Paul Simon – Who knew it, Paulie finds heaven a bore – A
9. Photograph – Ringo Starr – The tugg of nostalgia and a Starkey classic – A
10. Eagle On A Pole – Conor Oberst – Possibly his best songs, possibly one of the best songs ever written about drug addiction – A+
