After scoring rock nyc’s band of the year, Black Eyed Peas are so 2009 by now I have no idea how they scored such a plum assignment!
Now, if they were so 1979 I could dig it!
Both of their singles this year were disappointments, “Time” was even worse than a disappointment and right into the world of major fucking disaster!
And live? Live they were a disappointment with Will I Am’s DJ spot a black hole in our collective memories. AND I’M A FAN!!
But there they will be February 2010 at the Superbowl.
I’ve gotta feeling… it won’t be all that.
