Since last Monday, the website of KCRW has been previewing Fitz and the Tantrums’ upcoming album, ‘Pickin Up the Pieces’ which will be released August 24th on LA-based label Dangerbird Records. You can listen to it in its entirety here:
Woody, Iman and I have already written about them several times on rocknyc, and Fitz was nice enough to do an interview.
The whole album is consistent with the several tracks we had already listened to, seriously bringing back the Motown inspired revival sound with 10 songs.
