Flo Rida’s “Club Can’t Hold Me”: What I Am Listening To Right This Minute by Woody Fuller

Flo Rida, more like No Rida (at least I can crack myself up)
Currently listening to the new Flo Rida song, “Club Can’t Handle Me” (feat. David Guetta), on recommendation from Iman Lababedi, who for some reason completely adores Mr. Rida. Personally, not a fan and am under the belief that its “That” type of rapper that is ruining hip/hop. But there’s hope.
Only reason I listened at all, was because of that name attached to end of the song, David Guetta. Now Mr. Guetta, on the other hand, is part of the movement that is reviving the shitty hip/hop, which has been in the hands of cats like Soul Ja Boy ( do not care enough about him to even attempt to spell his name right) and Lil B (how do people like this make it?!?).
This movement in reference is the combination of highly skilled djs, known more for house and techno, and emcees spitting lyrics to a more upbeat dance party vibe. I guess this is what Flo Rida is attempting, however I would prefer a better lyricists.
For a better feel, check out Wale rap over a Justice beat in the remix D.A.N.C.E. Now that’s good music!
