Who is managing the Chunks? Since when did the Punks Vs the Nerds? When did nerds start walking like gorillas? What the hell is this?
Things must be very different in Paris, the home of this post punk band who have absolutely nothing punk about them. Squeaky clean pretty boys with cliche’ lyrics and a growler who works part time. There is pop punk and there is pop crap- and this is crap indeed.
I suppose if you’re about 14 and you just can click with bands like All Time Low or Pierce the Veil this will do. Maybe this is for the boys? Nah, they’re not tough enough (at all), they look like a Disney band (when did putting a bandanna on your head become a punk look?)
This video must be a joke. Right down to the paint fight. Chunk! No, Captain Chunk is not worth the time it takes to type out their name. How they have remained in tact is beyond me, unless of course they have a management team with tons of cash and in need of a tax shelter.
Fearless Records are certainly losing clout. Their roster is getting weaker by the minute these guys won’t be around long.
