Hip Hop DJ Mister Cee Brings Another Proof He Is Gay,… A Call For All Gay Rappers To Come Out!

People’s private life is nobody’s business, but when such hypocrisy is on display, we have to comment on it!

Mister Cee, a popular hip hop HOT97’s DJ and respected record producer – he produced Notorious B.I.G.’s ‘Ready to Die’ and ‘Best of Biggie Smalls’ – was charged with trying to pick up male prostitute in Brooklyn last Thursday,… he was charged again I should say. In fact, he didn’t know the guy was a cop undercover, but this is barely the question, and he had already been busted in 2011 for receiving oral sex from a man in a car.

His lame defense in 2011 was to claim that the NYPD task force was out to get hip hop artists and DJs and that his arrest was a part of that,.. yeah right! Let’s wait what he is gonna say this time.

He is clearly gay! And he is an important part of the hip hop community, so isn’t it about time that gay rappers come out? This week NBA center Jason Collins was the first male US athlete to come out as gay, shouldn’t rappers do the same? Mister Cee cannot be, rather doesn’t want to be, who he really is, so that’s probably why he turned to male prostitutes. But the guy is apparently even married for god’s sake! What a lie his life is! And the worst of this is that he is certainly not the only one in the rap/hip hop community, why is it so hard for them?

Isn’t time that all these rumored gay rappers come out? Isn’t it time that this hypermasculinized, hyper homophobic and violent culture stop to be afraid of its own sexuality? I would even say that there has to be a lot of them, because such hatred, such anti-gay language, such repression has to hide an underground culture gayer than the Vatican’s! So come on, Kanye West, Puffy, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Common, Chris Brown, Queen Latifah, Nicki Minaj, Russell Simmons… if any of you is gay, say it! … Yeah, dream on.
