In my other life as a senior buyer I have been busy placing media time for Save The Children today attempting to raise funds for the victims of the worst earthquake (a terrifying 7.0) in Haiti in 200 years which has left Port Au Prince in ruins.
Wycliff Jean, the former Fugee, has done many benefits for his home land, and I hear is working on a very, very big one. Meanwhile he has returned to Haiti and has a twitter campaign where people are giving $5 a person and it is going viral.
In Haiti, hundreds of thousands are feared dead, millions are destitute, anarchy reigns, and all that’s left in the city is people dying, looting and praying.
