Live Nation are in the process of killing the paper ticket for a form of electronic wristband. I have no idea how this might work, and I truly hate the monopolizing of all aspects of the music biz by these greedheads but, anything that gets tix out of the hands of the carpetbaggers (for instance, the LiveNation owned TicketsNow) is alright with me.
This is only for Festivals for now but let’s see how adaptable it is…
