The top six bands I discovered in 2010?
6. Sail To North. These boys, who I only found out about this week, hold the sixth spot on this list because they’re fantastic and catchy and starting to grow on me.
5. Cash Cash. I really got into these guys over the summer and they’re still on heavy rotation.
4. Happy Orange Balloon. Nice, talented, and genuine- what more could you ask for in a musician?
3. Deadmau5. His beats and just flat out love for what he does has had my infatuation for heavy techno music grow.
2. Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows. With it chock full of some of my favourite musicians, their unique music is one that’ll be playing through my headphones for many more months.
1. Woe, Is Me. I started just listening to what they created, and I fell in love but their cover of Katy Perry’s “Hot N’ Cold” is what really made me a huge fan.
