I watched the first two seasons of American Idol (just guess why) but have only caught bits and pieces since then… and nothing at all with JLo and Tyler. Now that they have left, here are some suggestions for a replacement.
1. Bono – U2 are on hiatus and he knows the biz backwards and he is very opinionated.
2. Debbie Reynolds – A holdout from the pre-rock days.
3. James Murphy – AI cutting edge? Better than selling coffee.
4. Quincy Jones – No, really. I heard from a friend who knows Pitbull, back when Pitbull was trying to breakthrough Jones was giving him advice on the quiet.
5. Adam Levine or Christina Aguilara – One of them should switch teams.
6. Ahmet Ertegan – No, wait, he's dead… well his brother then
7. Nick Jonah and Daniel Radcliffe -In tandem
8. Bob Dylan – Nobody will be able to understand a word he says but who cares?
9. Did you know, most of the people who bought "Moves Like…" doesn't know who he is
10. Steven Cowell – He should fold "X Factor" into AI and given the winner a million bucks.
