Upon the passing of Alex Chilton, Iman did an amazing post on his heroes of music.
I was supposed to take part in that but was unable to do so at the time. I don’t want to miss the opportunity to pause and offer praise to my personal musical heroes:

2- Elotheos- a bunch of guys so amazingly content, powerful and mature
3- Modern Day Escape- brand new on my list and a passion I don’t want to fade
4- Twin Atlantic- Lightspeed coming to the US cannot wait to see these Scotts live
5- Enter Shikari- words cannot express this bands power
6- Jezebels Kiss- my little Canadian metal-oids who deserve a write up.
7- Madina Lake- C’mon BOYS!
8- The Decemberists-CMON GANG!
9- Blue October– eee yow…za
10- Alesana- RAWWWR
