Vic Chestnutt, the Athens, Ga singer-songwriter, killed himself today.
The man, who has been paralyzed since he was 18 years old after a car accident, is well known and greatly appreciated in music circles. Discovered in the mid-80s by Michael Stipes he released over a dozen albums during his life.
